Staff Of Life Bakery
Staff of Life Bakery bread making courses are held within the bakery at least once a month, often more.
The cost of the course is £100 for the day. This includes the bread you make on the day, which will include a sourdough, 100% wholemeal and foccacia. You are also provided with lunch, which always includes a freshly baked foccacia made by Simon, for everyone to tear and share, as well as drinks throughout the day.
The day starts at 10am and runs though to approximately 5pm.
The courses are small, no more than eight people, hands on and friendly.
You are given the unique opportunity to make bread within a working bakery, rising your loaves in baskets and baking it within a real bread oven, directly onto the hot stones.
No matter if you are a complete beginner or experienced bread maker, Simon will individually support and develop your bread making skills.

We are delighted to announce that we are now running our courses from the beautiful Brigsteer Village hall, which has a purpose built kitchen a separate eating area and stunning views.
